A new destination for mountain lovers Dawaipani is a small Himalayan village in North Bengal under the Darjeeling district. This village is situated on the opposite hill of Darjeeling town that is famous for Tiger Hill. It is a new tourist destination and very few tourists know about it. This is a Homestay not far from Darjeeling with an excellent view of the surrounding hills and the Kanchenjunga mountain range. The main attraction of Dawaipani village is the grand view of Kanchenjunga range of hills with Darjeeling town. Dawaipani is situated just 17 km away from Darjeeling town, nearest junction is Jor-bungalow, just 8 km away from this beautiful destination. The place where one can take the breath on the lap of nature, village consists of only 140 – 150 houses. This village is a paradise for bird lovers, bird watching is one of the best activity in Dawaipani.
